The Opportunity

Located in Shenton Park, this is a full-time permanent (office based!) opportunity for an engaging person who is energetic, friendly and professional and who shares our passion for improving the lives of patients. 

The role will suit candidates with existing customer service, call centre or medical reception experience.

The Role

  • Respond to patient queries, complaints & feedback (telephone, email, web forms, chatbot) with regards to our products and services
  • Make calls to patients who have requested assistance
  • Assist participants of the global QUEST initiative (study) with enquiries regarding study participation 
  • Input information into the CRM to ensure all data is captured and we provide an excellent and consistent level of customer service
  • Help improve processes and systems to ensure efficient workflows
  • Assist the sales team with administrative tasks as required (e.g. data entry and packing materials)

About you 

  • Relevant customer service experience in a healthcare or pharmaceuticals and/or a similar industry 
  • Strong customer focus 
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong IT/computer skills and ability to manage multiple systems 
  • Eagerness to assist and make a difference 
  • Ability to multitask and manage a busy workload
  • Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively as part of a team
  • A current driver’s licence
  • National police clearance
