The Opportunity

We are seeking a full time Facilities Maintenance Supervisor to manage the day-to-day operational flow and maintenance of our Cultivation and Production facility. Join our team located in WA within the shire of Busselton and help us transform the lives of patients globally.

The Role

  • Ensuring that plant and equipment at the facility operates as per company requirements 
  • Develop a documented scheduled maintenance plan for the facility plant and equipment
  • Operational responsibility for fulfilling scheduled maintenance plan of plant and equipment, including record keeping of same
  • Maintain maintenance records as per Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) requirements 
  • Carry out maintenance in regards to GMP requirements 
  • Manage unscheduled maintenance as required
  • Improve the operating flow of the facility, including any maintenance work as required
  • Problem solve as issues arise 
  • Understand and comply with all Standard Operating Procedures

About you 

  • Preferred 5+ years facilities maintenance experience in a similar organisation and/or industry 
  • Understanding of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
  • Ability to coach and lead team members
  • Previous experience in horticulture/nursery work advantageous  
  • Mechanically minded and hands on approach to tasks
  • Ability to develop and maintain strong, close relationships with key stakeholders including suppliers and contractors
  • Flexibility, initiative, and a “can-do” attitude
  • High attention to detail and ability to multitask 
  • Forklift license desirable 
  • National Police Clearance (current within the last 12 months) 
  • Able to pass a drug and alcohol test
  • Valid C-Class driver’s licence
