This foundation has allowed us an accelerated international growth strategy and to strategically position ourselves in key European markets, continuing to expand our European sales pipeline.
To strengthen our European operations team, we are looking as soon as possible for a Junior Supply Chain Manager, who is self-driven and enthusiastic about shaping the medicinal cannabis industry.
About The Opportunity
As part of our team, you will be handling our entire product portfolio and will help us expand the supply chain for our medical cannabis products across the European Union and United Kingdom. You will be working closely with the production, quality assurance and sales teams while interacting closely with customers. Our culture encourages the active contribution of own ideas and enables you to work autonomously on a variety of interesting tasks.
Your Responsibilities
- Monitoring and optimization of inventory levels to ensure the availability of goods
- Involvement in supply planning and creation of demand forecasts in collaboration with production and sales teams
- Support to European sales team in operationalization of supply agreements and managing clients’ accounts
- Preparation of management reports on supply chain performance and participation in discussions with leadership team
- Execution of market analysis to provide the highest visibility for industry trends, major areas of growth and new products introductions
- Possibility to work in selected Business Development projects
What We Are Looking For
- Successfully completed university degree in Business, Economics, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Logistics or equivalent
- Genuine interest in the emerging medicinal cannabis industry
- Strong ability to think ahead and a distinctive capability to understand complex situations and develop solutions in a structured manner
- High level of self-motivation and flexibility, ability to work in a competitive environment and to meet tight deadlines
- Confident handling of Microsoft Office products, especially MS Excel
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build networks, both within the company and externally
- Excellent command of German and English
