At Little Green Pharma, we are seeking an independent, motivated, and commercially savvy self-motivated sales professional to join our National Sales Team in Queensland to make a real difference.

In this role, you will lead business development, manage key accounts, and provide educational support to GPs, specialists, and pharmacists on our range of ethical medicinal cannabis products. What Success Looks Like in This Role

  • Own and manage the Queensland territory with full autonomy, driving revenue growth and exceeding sales targets.
  • Identify, engage, educate and convert new prescribers, clinics, and pharmacies into loyal partners.
  • Strengthen and expand relationships with existing accounts, including GPs, specialists, and pharmacies.
  • Deliver impactful educational programs—GP dinners, webinars, and workshops—to build awareness and credibility.
  • Act as a trusted advisor for prescribers, advocating for medicinal cannabis through evidence-based discussions.
  • Ensure compliance with all state and federal prescribing regulations.
  • Contribute market insights to shape national strategy and product launches.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in pharmaceutical sales, medical device, or medical science liaison roles (medicinal cannabis experience highly regarded).
  • Strong understanding of compliance within a highly regulated healthcare or pharmaceutical environment.
  • Committed to maintaining patient privacy and ethical engagement standards in line with Medicines Australia Code of Conduct.
  • Demonstrated success in exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
  • Strong business development skills, with experience launching new products or therapies.
  • Self-starter with a high degree of autonomy and accountability.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Tertiary qualification in Health Science, Pharmacy, Biomedical Science, Business or related field (preferred).
  • Medicines Australia accreditation (preferred).
  • Current Australian driver’s licence and willingness to travel regionally.
