Please submit your indicative bid to supply bulk GACP cannabis flower meeting the Specifications and on the conditions below.

• Your product must meet the Specifications

• Your price must be below A$1,300 per kg to be considered.

• Open credit payment terms will be preferred.

• Your price includes all costs and expenses to supply and deliver your products on an EXW basis (or FCA basis international airport where outside sales territory).

• Parties to agree on additional shipping costs for DAP delivery to sales territory if the supplier is outside the sales territory.

• THC% must be the +/- 5% of average of CofA THC% content.

• Your bid and any response or acceptance by LGP are indicative and non-binding. LGP will have no obligation to purchase any cannabis from you until a binding written agreement is signed by the Parties.
