Your Role Includes:
- Conducting telehealth consultations with pre-screened patients, including initial assessments and follow-ups
- Prescribing , where appropriate, medicinal cannabis in line with best practices and high ethical standards
- Enrolling eligible patients into The Quest Initiative research project via RedCap
- Collaborating with a highly efficient admin team and utilising cloud-based Practice Management Software
About You:
- Experienced medicinal cannabis prescriber, committed to high ethical standards
- Passionate about patient care and evidence-based prescribing
- Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced telehealth environment
- Excellent communicator with strong attention to detail
- Proficient with cloud-based practice management systems and open to learning new tools
- Available to work at least 6 hours per week with potential to increase
Essential Requirements:
- Medical Degree and AHPRA registration
- Prescriber Number
- Medical Indemnity Insurance
- ABN (Australian Business Number)
Desirable:
- NIIM HREC Authorised Prescriber Approval
- Familiarity with Teams Chat for seamless communication with the admin team
