Little Green Pharma has been announced as one of the finalists in the 2022 Australian Service Excellence Awards by the Customer Service Institute of Australia. These annual awards are Australia’s premier customer service awards program. and recognise best practise, performance, and innovation in customer service in today’s business climate.

Little Green Pharma (LGP) has been recognised in the Customer Service Organisation of the Year – Small Business Category, which targets units with fewer than 90 full time employees. The Customer Care Team based in Perth, Western Australia works with patients from all stages of the medicinal cannabis journey and has consistently been a focus of LGP’s strategy to provide specialised customer service to medicinal cannabis patients using Little Green Pharma medicines.

Among the other finalists include Suncorp, Australian Red Cross, City of Melbourne, and Service NSW. Past winners include Woolworths, Finder, Optus and American Express.

On the selection of the LGP team for this short list, CEO Fleta Solomon said the following:

“The Customer Care Team are at the core of our ethos as a business, they are determined and motivated to always strive for a positive experience for any patient who may get in contact with us. Their compassion and understanding are a testament to what drives us here at LGP and really encapsulates why we do what we do and the difference we can make in people’s quality of life”

The close-knit team based in the Perth head office works on a range of initiatives and provides support to those seeking access to medicinal cannabis, those requiring assistance on compassionate grounds and those with product enquires.

“Being a finalist in this award proves what we have all known at LGP for a long time, that patients who are seeking medicinal cannabis have a unique set of needs that must be addressed by those taking a leading role in Australia’s medicinal cannabis world. It’s not enough to answer questions and point them in the right direction, we must be empathetic and realise that we are having an impact on this person’s life, it is up to us to make sure that it is positive, and we leave them with more hope and knowledge than they came to us with”
